The most-used page in Wingman → Clari Copilot had accumulated years of bolted-on features and served none of its users well. Rebuilt around a single question: can you find the right moment in any call? A large NPS jump and fast AI-summary adoption followed. Zoom later arrived at the same structure, independently.

Voice AI for QSR restaurants. Cohort analysis surfaced a core problem: area managers were ghosting before they saw any value. Restructured IA, command-center dashboard, design system in flight. Shipped, engagement climbing, next phase already in motion.

Bringing the acquired products into a single platform. A shared login, unified navigation across the suite, and the data finally flowing between them. Fewer login tickets, cross-product usage trending steadily up.

My first job out of design school. A high-end e-commerce and physical store for ethically sourced fashion, art and design from independent makers across the Subcontinent. I shot the products, built and ran the site, designed the print and packaging, and helped run the campaigns. Mostly graphic and web design — so it's a gallery, not a case study.
