I've been a designer for about fifteen years, but it didn't start with product. It started in animation, wandered through branding and advertising, and only landed on product once I realized that's where I could build the things I cared about most. Somewhere along the way I became the person startups bring in to take an idea from nothing to something, first as employee #3 at Wingman, then through its acquisition by Clari, and a few founding-designer runs since. Strip away the titles, though, and the constant is simpler: I get obsessed with things and can't leave them alone.

I like tinkering with things, and I'm a sucker for new technology. Outside of work, I'm usually traveling or catching up on shows and movies with my wife. And I get properly obsessed with things. Evidence:
2,000 books and counting. The dream is a room shelved with books, end to end. Not there yet, but the collection is doing its part. (I built an app to keep track of them; see below.)
26 years of video games. In 2004 I played in India's first gaming league, where our Counter-Strike team came fourth. Peaked early; made peace with it. These days it's single-player open worlds: between chunks of work, I get to roam a different universe for a while.
The one obsession that never got outgrown. Build, display, repeat. Currently building my dream car in real life too: a Porsche 911.
Beach person, aggressively. And here's the strange part: I've never seen mountains, or snow. Ever. The beach keeps winning.
250+ anime watched, and counting. Started as a way to unwind between projects; turned into a running tally I can't stop keeping.
I love food, cooking included (mostly for my wife). So far in that I'm building Food Lines, an app about the history and lineage of dishes. Ask me where anything on your plate comes from.
Photographer and videographer, once for hire: weddings, and brand advertisements back in college. These days I shoot only for myself.
Consulting with a few startups on product and design, and building three products of my own on the side:
Open to design leadership, as an IC, in management, or a builder role. Happiest in AI and B2B SaaS, at any scale from seed to enterprise. Bangalore-based, working with teams globally.
Two years after we shipped the AI-first Call Review at Clari Copilot, Zoom's revenue-intelligence surface arrived at nearly the same content structure: video and speaker timelines centre, AI insights right, share top-right.
Designed Clari's first LLM product and wrote the company-wide AI design guidelines: interaction patterns, prompt standards, trust design, cost optimization. Led the internal AI council.
strings.ai → Wingman in ten days, while shipping product, ahead of YC Demo Day. Solo at 12:1 designer-to-engineer for the first year, then hired the team out.
Drove the unified experience and navigation that folded the acquired products into one platform: one login, consistent features across products, data finally flowing between them.
Hired eight-plus designers across product and brand over the Wingman-to-Clari journey, going from solo to a multi-geography team.
Built playbooks for running design across multiple geographies and teams, and for bringing design properly into an agile workflow, at Clari. I've brought them to every startup I've built since.
Consulting with startups, validating an idea of my own, and building Food Lines, Groundwork and BLURB on the side.
First designer at an early-stage AI-agents startup. Built the complete design function in the first three months.
Navigated the acquisition, then scaled Copilot while leading AI/LLM design across the platform.
Built the conversation-intelligence product 0-to-1 and the design team around it. Reported to the co-founder/CPO.
Built the MVP of a community library app. First taste of 0-to-1.
Taught Visual Communication & Art History to undergrad design students.
Business side: winning proposals for AirAsia, Nexa and Kerala Tourism.
Led design for new-business pitches and brand accounts: TCL, Pepe Jeans, Reliance Footwear, ID Fresh, ZTE.
Brand collateral across online and offline campaigns; managed product-portfolio photoshoots end-to-end.
Ran design and marketing end-to-end; set up the photography, video and design verticals.
